Using Our Services

You may only use our services as permitted by the FMCSA regulations.

We reserve the right to discontinue services if you fail to comply with the law or during an investigation of alleged misconduct.

The carrier authorizes Prime Logistics Solutions to act as their dispatcher for booking loads, processing paperwork, and rate confirmations.

The carrier agrees to hold Prime Logistics Solutions LLC harmless for any incidents, consequential or indirect damages, or roadside losses.
Communications

We may send you important announcements and other relevant information via SMS and phone calls in relation to dispatch and the use of our services.
Privacy Protection

Your carrier profile and documents will never be shared with any individual or entity without your explicit approval.
Documentation
Upon selecting our service plan, you must provide the following updated documents:

Updated Certificate of Insurance

Motor Carrier Authority Letter from the DOT

Signed W9 Form
-
Notice of Assignment (NOA) from factoring (if applicable)

Voided Check (if using Direct Deposit)

Three previous Rate Confirmations or three company names with broker names, email addresses, and contact numbers for references.
Billing

Invoices are generated and sent weekly on Mondays. Carriers must pay the outstanding balance by Tuesday (inclusive) to avoid any service hold.

Payments can be made conveniently to Prime Logistics Solutions LLC via debit or credit card through PayPal, Stripe Merchant Link, Zelle, or ACH/Wire transfer.
